Cancellation Policy
How organization subscriptions, campus drive reservations, and unused assessment credits are managed upon cancellation.
Organization administrators can manage or cancel their subscription plan at any time from Settings → Billing & Usage in the HR Console.
Subscription & credit cancellation rules
- Monthly & Annual Workspace Plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your team retains full access to historical candidate dossiers and question banks through the end of the paid period.
- Data Export Prior to Closure: Before an account closes, administrators can export all assessment scorecards, CSV reports, and custom question banks in standard JSON/CSV formats.
- Pending Candidate Invitations: If you cancel an active assessment or workspace, any unstarted candidate invitation links can be revoked immediately from the Invite Candidates tab.
