Organization administrators can manage or cancel their subscription plan at any time from **Settings → Billing & Usage** in the HR Console.

## Subscription & credit cancellation rules

1. **Monthly & Annual Workspace Plans**: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your team retains full access to historical candidate dossiers and question banks through the end of the paid period.
2. **Data Export Prior to Closure**: Before an account closes, administrators can export all assessment scorecards, CSV reports, and custom question banks in standard JSON/CSV formats.
3. **Pending Candidate Invitations**: If you cancel an active assessment or workspace, any unstarted candidate invitation links can be revoked immediately from the **Invite Candidates** tab.
