Organizing banks by subject & difficulty

Each bank groups questions for a specific competency (for example, Backend Engineering, SQL & Data Modeling, or Quantitative Aptitude). Individual questions carry:

• Difficulty Tier: Easy, Medium, or Hard.
• Topic Tags: Labels such as sql, arrays, or reading-comprehension.
• Usage History: Tracks how often the question has been drawn in recent candidate sessions.
