Refund & credit replacement eligibility

• Unopened Prepaid Assessment Packs: Prepaid candidate session packs that have had zero invitations dispatched are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• Platform Fault Session Credits: If a candidate session fails due to a verified Clevid platform outage, the consumed session credit is automatically restored to your organization's balance at no charge.
• How to Request a Billing Review: Email support@clevid.com with your organization ID and invoice number; our billing team responds within 2 business days.
